Welcome to the Girls Flag Bedford NFL Flag Football League – a family-oriented, all-girls flag football program focused on competition, sportsmanship, education, and fun!

Our Fall Season runs for 7 weeks, with games held on Sundays from September 7th through October 19th. Girls of all levels, abilities, and experience are welcome to join and learn the game of NFL Flag Football in a positive, encouraging environment.

Pre-K & Kindergarten
1st & 2nd Grade
3rd & 4th Grade
5th & 6th Grade
7th & 8th Grade

Game Schedule:

Sundays – September 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th & October 5th, 12th, 19th

Kickoff Times:

9:00 AM – 9:45 AM

Pre- K & K

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

5th & 6th Grade Division (Games are 1 hour - game times will alternate)

7th & 8th Grade Division (Games are 1 hour - game times will alternate)

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

1st & 2nd Grade Division

3rd & 4th Grade Division

Our mission is to ensure every girl plays and competes each week, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship, positivity, enthusiasm, and effort. What makes Girls Flag Bedford so special is our supportive culture—one big family where we encourage, uplift, and celebrate each other, no matter the scoreboard.

Each week, players will grow in confidence, self-esteem, and skill development—all while having FUN. Get ready, Bedford, for the greatest show on turf this fall!

All sign-ups include an official NFL Flag jersey and flag belt.

Coaches may also schedule additional practices at their discretion.
